• Tenant Find and Let Only Service: 6% of minimum 12-month rental* for the full term of signed agreement. Payable in full, upon start of tenancy (*5% for tenancies of an initial 18 months and over)

+ Admin and Tenancy Agreement creation Fee £150+vat 

+Tenant referencing £50 for 2 people – £30 for any additional referencing. 

• Property Let and Rent Collection Service: 9% per month (payable monthly and deducted from rent received)

• Property Let and Full Management Service: 12% per month (payable monthly and deducted from rent received)

• Professional marketing photographs and professional floorplan of property £100 (Included with Full Management)

Obtain proof of ownership from Land Registry £10.00 (Included with Full Management)

· Administration Fee and tenant referencing: £100.00 for up to 2 tenants (Included with Full Management)

· Inventory and Check-in report from £115

· Preparation and serving of Section 8 and or Section 21 eviction notices. for non- managed properties £100 (Included with Full Management and Rent Collection) (this does not cover any legal costs)

· EPC – Energy Performance Certificate £95

· Gas safety Certificate £120

· 5 Year EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report): From £200

· Maintenance work: Contractor invoice to include Potter and Ford commission @ 10%
