• Tenant Find and Let Only Service: 6% of minimum 12-month rental* for the full term of signed agreement. Payable in full, upon start of tenancy (*5% for tenancies of an initial 18 months and over)

+Tenant referencing £50 for 2 people – £30 for any additional referencing.
• Property Let and Rent Collection Service: 9% per month (payable monthly and deducted from rent received)
• Property Let and Full Management Service: 12% per month (payable monthly and deducted from rent received)
