Landlord Fees – Fully Managed 12%. Let Only 8%. Let & Rent Collection 10%. We are happy to discuss the landlord fees as we always aim to be competitive. The Landlord is also responsible for the cost of the ingoing inventory which can be between £100 and £200. Renewal Fee for let only properties is £120 (inclusive of VAT).

Tenant Fees – Referencing Fees –   £120  per applicant, Guarantor Application £120 per guarantor application, Additional tenants £120 per additional applicant thereafter, the tenant also pays a Holding Fee of £200 which is then deducted from the first months rent. Tenancy agreement administration fee £150.
